2. Description of Service

ArcadeOS provides a cloud-based management platform for VR arcade operators, including booking management, payments, staff control, game launching, and reporting tools. Features and availability vary by subscription plan.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly according to your chosen plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice. Existing customers on grandfathered pricing are not affected by future price changes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the ArcadeOS platform are owned by ArcadeOS. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the platform. You grant ArcadeOS a limited license to use your data solely to provide the services.

6. Limitation of Liability

ArcadeOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
